The funniest part is the moderator chose to keep one DHP’s response to one of my posts. What is it with the mods in the world affairs ? Why are they hell bent on deleting everything they dont agree with ?
If they want us to post only Anti-US Rants - The admin should mention that in the World Affairs forum policies. It would save lot of time theirs as well as ours.
For a routine query like this you have been reminded before to send PM or mail to the forum mods to enquire. But I am sure if any of your posts were removed they were removed for violation of the forum rules. Send a PM or mail to the mods to find out first.

And what makes you think that I didn't pm the mod ??
Since there are 3 moderators in WA including you - and you are unaware of any deletions most of the time (but always the first one to remind us of the policies) I didn't send the PM to you.
And since you didn't delete my post , I would appreciate if you leave this issue for the admins or the moderator of feedback forum or for the moderator who deleted my posts. If that moderator thinks that I violated ny forum rules then let him say that.
Btw, It is pure assumption on your part that I must have violated the forum rules. How can you say that without even reading the post ?
If you have sent a PM to any other WA mod as you now say, then why did you not mention that in your initial post? Have you got a reply from the concerned mod, and if so what is the need to bring the issue up here then? I suggest you wait for a reply to your PM. :)
I thought you would assume that (Since you are so good at making assumptions) . And no I didn't get any reply from the moderator and posted it here because instead of replying to my pm - the moderator went ahead and deleted another post of mine in the the same thread - and guess what, DHP's response is also gone now.
Asif, after sending a PM to the mod you should have waited for his reply, and then sent a reminder if you had not received a reply, or contacted one of the other mods of the forum as Madhanee might be busy. Raising the issue in the feedback forum should be a last resort after you had exhausted other avenues.
I think members also need to keep this mind that the moderators do not need to justify their actions, upon deleting posts. They almost certainly make these decisions in the behest of forum policies, while providing the best possible environment for debates. Issues such as this can and should be resolved via PMs- as mentioned by other mods.

What about those mods who don't have an inkling about the topic discussed but only remove the knowledeable responses while leaving the posts of their ignorami cronies? Is that also part of forum rules?
Chaltahai: referring to others as monkeyboys is certainly not knowledgeable by any standards. At the same time, you also do not posses a perfect criterion in judging the mods' abilities. Although, you can have an opinion and you have been freely expressing it in different threads on various forums. I am sure the administrators of gupshup made a sound decision by picking the team members who are well suited for their respective forums.
...and the beat goes on. I am not questioning whether the mods are qualified or not. I am questioning the selectivity in deleting posts. A bit too transparent really! And it kind of diminishes the very exalted attributes that you seem to have bestowed upon them.
I emphasize this from the moderators' perspective that if the members post reponsibly, then the need for deletions certainly will not be required, and my personal opinion is that the feedback forum cannot serve its purpose properly if members start using this as a bashing platform, and start to question every single move made by the moderators, when the same queries can be handled properly via emails and pms.
Asif_K, all guppies have to abide by the forum rules. Ive had a few of my posts removed/edited, DOESNT mean that I have to get upset or brag on about it like you have on this occasion. This is a forum and its up to the mods to apply the rules as and when necessary.
As for the posts being anti-US, you are clearly WRONG. The threads which you have seen are TRUE facts therefore they ARE not anti-anything. If a person posts an article from the French President in which he criticises Mr. Bush, DOESNT mean that he is Anti-US.. See this is your problem YOU cant accept criticism from others. If we use your and chaltahais logic than Millions of Americans who dislike Mr.Bush's policies would be classed as anti-US as well !!!!
DHP - First of all You have no right to accuse others of bragging atleast on the Feedback Forum. There are Mods/Admin for that. And If they think I am bragging let them say that. Second of all, If you didn't react after your posts was deleted doesn't mean others also should not.
If my post gets deleted - I have a right to ask the moderator why it was deleted.
Rest of your post doesn't belong here - Please continue your Anti-US Rants on World Affairs forum.
