why humans need a prophet between god and themselves?
why suddenly after billions of years without prophets there was need
around few thousand years for prphets not one but three from three different religens?

First there has been many & much more than 3 prophets in this world .I am not even sure whether your association of Moses,Jesus & Mohommed to Judeaism Christian & Islam is Correct.complete & comprehensive .
Many books like koran namely even before Torah the jews bible (now instinct) is lost for ever & followers are Kapeesh as in Finnis or Finished! 
Atleast prophets number in Thousands even there might not have been religion for as many prophets.Prophets many more than religions ..like every prophet didnt bring new religion .
To the question why we need prophet ..why do we need GOD ? if you are aethist scientologist ,believer only in the tangible facts ,laws, logic stuff like that concrete hard & somthing you can hold in the hand YOU DONT NEDD ANY THING ..prophet god ,book 
Prophets are do godder but not just mother theresa or philonthropist or large donor to hospital
They dont claim to be GOD ,which sort of differentiates them fromRajnesh & other fraud gods .Some ppl. like to believe that we have had enough prophet & mohommed is the last .
Others may believe that more prophet may come .BUT NOT MUSLIMS.However Muslims do believe Christ will reappear or resurrected as according to muslims he was NOT crucified but saved by god ALIVE!Christian & jews versions are polluted by NEW testament who think otherwise .
Thats like everything is matter of believe & not debate or proof or logic or mathematical solution! 
Its simple. Without god - Allah sending prophets to mankind, and then sending successive prophets after them, we would have nothing to follow except a riff raff of dogmas, customs and myths which will lead you no closer to god. If you understand the concept of Chinese Whispers you will know what I am talking about.
The fact that you only know of three prophets shows this to be the case. Today, the Qur'an is the only text that remains in its original form, all others were corrupted and are lost.
But don't travel so far as the middle-east. Lets look at home, with no solid and substantive religion to follow, the masses have developed their own pseudo reliigons where they drink urine, worship monkeys, burn widows, idolise sex organs, chastise certain part of the community as untouchables, consider their neighbours to be good for burning, then surely none of this has come from god? Surely the only way to fix all of this is to follow a prophet?
To look at it another way, in a telephony circuit that streches miles and miles, you need signal repeaters at regular intervals in order to keep the signal going down the line, otherwise the signal will simply fade away. The same is true for mankind.
But "god can communicate to all" I hear you say. Well if that is the case, why arnt all humans on the same path?

why god has to order killing idol worshippers if he is so pwerfull cant he change the mind of people make everbody follow islam?

No, Allah can change minds,and minds only change when and if Allah wills to give them Hidayat(guidance). But we came into this world for a purpose. Our purpose in life is to live it accordingly to the belief. Humans have choices and actions in life which will reflect upon them in the hearafter.
Idol Worshipping is (kuffar), and that is why through the past thousands of years prophets were sent upon the people for a message. And it was the same message from every prophet, starting from the first to the last. This message "la illa ha ill allah"(there is no god, but Allah.)
Idol worshipping has been around since prophet Nuh(AS) untill Prophet(SAW) and they were to lead the people into the right path, the path of Allah.
Brothers correct me if I am wrong in saying this below;
Killing humans is only right when you do it for the right cause like Jihad or Martyrdom.
and what i mean by that is , is that you do it with the intention that it is only done for the sake and fighthing in the path of Allah.
every religen expcet jewish and mulims pray to some form of image

Although now it is very common to believe in ONE GOD ,it wasnt the case .I dont know even if All right to do judeaism & Christians & Islam are lumped as MONOtheism,BUT as a muslim i feel MONO theism is most clearly ,emphatically drilled.
among all three So called monotheist & now even hindus & buddhist almost everyone say there is one god ..IN ISLAM MONOTHEISM IS SO JELOUSLY GUARDED THAT ANY HINT OF THREAT TO IT IS VERY PROFUSELY VOCIFEROUSLY ,ANGRILY CONDEMNED MORE THAN ANY OTHER MONOTHEIST.
I dont think Islam orders Muslim to break idols or burn temples or
violently impose Islam on non muslim…

YES there is difference between christianity , about NOT WORSHIPPING SON OF GOD instead of God himself ..thats why we believe christians are mislead by NEW teatament.
Regarding Hindus since It is basically atleast from outside… it is polyteist with Kali ,Durga,Shiva,Ganesh ,etc. EVENTHOUGH hindu philosophers in the last century or so ..Rama krishnan & his disciple Vivekananda explained theorised & philosophised all these believes into philosophies of Adwvaity -----Dwvaitya …etc. etc. which really has helped the educated scientific & progressive Hindus to discard some of the really bad practices like Sati ,Castism,explotation by Priests of devdasini ,explotation of widows & in eyes of some nutritionists vegeterianism.
