What made people discuss their personal issues online? Not general but topics that are more personal and intimate, do they feel fun in discussing dirty stuff. Like what to use when you don’t want child. Seriously why don’t people go and discuss it with their doc?

If it is not trolling purposes it is OK , because your doctor might not provide you all the options or might tell you what he/she knows which might be stale knowledge. If you pose a question on the internet you will get more options and pros and cons of everyone of them. The doctor does not have first hand experience of everything but if someone experience something they will be able to help you make a informed decision when you go and talk to your doctor.
Re: Why we discuss everything online?
There are cases where you are looking for first hand experiences/impressions of individuals, not advise from practitioners. In many cases the enquiries are of on a subject that people in immediate family have no experience with it or to maintain some privacy.
and yes, some are loser idiots just looking for attention and are the human version of national enquirer who should be ignored.

Agree with Mirxh_X2. There are a lot of doctors doctornis here (mostly doctornis I think) who probbaly can provide friendly suggestions. I have seen some really good suggestions (not on the specific topisOP listed 'cause that dont concern me).
