**I am really shocked at something that happened today..i called at Islamic Research Foundation(whose president is famous Dr.Zakir Nayik) as i had to ask some question. I told the operator that i am speaking from Pakistan,plz transfer the call to some scholar as i have some question to ask. He said.“Ok sister but plz don’t tell them that u are calling from Pakistan”..
I was quite put off by this and i totally didn’t understand y did he say so ?..is this discrimination? but again Pakistan is a Muslim state and that is an Islamic organization?? SO???**
They didn't want to leave India for their own reasons, so many, if not all, are against Pakistan in the first place. Like for example, Maududi did not want to make Pakistan because they knew as Pakistan as a separate state for Muslims would make them lose the chance to make India dar-ul-Islam.

but y do they have problem with someone calling from pak? they must be encouraging calls from all over the and spread the teaching of Islam as far as possible and esp someone who comes to them himself/herself..that is double standard..:(..i was really put off..i liked dr zakir :(

Like I said, they all have their reasons for not leaving India. There's a video on Youtube somewhere where Zakir Naik talked against Pakistan..
in many circles pakistan or more specifically pakistanis have a bad reputation , no need to hold it against the organistation, just think of the shear number of pakistanis looking for an omen (aka spell) of anysort to help them in their materialistic aims
