In fact I am sorry to announce but I have to ban JK also for 2 reasons.
- Our polciy is that we ban person, not just nicks, so because Monk is banned, JK should ne *2. Althoug hJK knew that Monk got a ban for profanity and swearing, he again cursed a member in my Life1 thread. That member was not even there so he cant even say that he was responding to some rude comment. * Sorry JK but I cant show anymore leniency than what I have already shown
^ At the risk of overstepping since I don't know what all has happened in the background, meriting the ban, I will say that any conduct in the "swearing thread" really shouldn't be actioned upon. You can't encourage people to tell you about curse words they use and then ban for it's use. I see that you're suggesting that it was directed at a specific person and therefore is offensive to that other poster. But the whole thread is about swear words used against another person - a spouse who's not here to defend themselves.
Now if the ban has to do with banning all nicks of a user, I won't comment on that - as that's a distinct policy and I understand that rationale.
Again, my apologies for commenting where it has nothing to do with me - but that's my two cents.

Queer, zero tolerance is not an approach. Zero tolerance is our policy. Most of the times we look the other way, and it does not mean that policy is not there. Muzna is just more strict about implementing our polcies than I am, and I like Muzna for that.
so what is the whole point system? why not just do zero tolerance, and keep it simple? that way muzna won't look like an arrogant bully who goes on a rampage every now and then, and the rest of the mod team won't look like impotent wimps.

i say call internal affairs on the bad cop, run the person thru a fresh psych eval.

Oh no, what happened is that I thought that JK posted a guppies name and then added a curse to that. It was because of that I had to issue a warning. Even in that thread, I may post a curse but cannot say Sehrysh is a @#$%$#. I thought he said that to STA. My mistake, as Mirch and then JK also explained.
I have already taken the warning back.

I said that before in this thread Queer, but if a cop instead of issuing you a ticket, give you a verbal warning on speeding and let you go, does not mean that the law is weak or cop is a wimp.

I do have faith in the management of GS and I know from my time here that you guys are fair.
Mind you, I wouldn’t mind Monk/JK getting a warning for his incomprehensible posts - those just leave me scratching my head. But I guess that’s what makes him so uniquely him

this is pointless, but i'll post one last time. you can justify it all you like, but there is no way even you believe this is fair.
if every cop except one would only issue verbal warnings, there is something wrong with either the police force, or the rogue cop.
