I don’t see hum tv and masala channel on my channel guide anymore! no warnings or info provided from dish either. am i the only one or others not getting it either? anyone know whats going on?

Oh I was wondering the same thing. Geo TV is being shown where HUM Tv is suppose to be.

HUMTV disappeared from Dish Network in USA yet again. First it was moved from 678 to 9843 and now that new channel has been invaded by GEO too... say goodbye to Zindagi Gulzar hay, USA viewers!
Anyone know whats going on?

No humtv anymore. They couldn't renew contract. Guess I should cancel dish

Not so fast sister. I guess this sort of thing happens and then one of the parties comes to their senses and the channel goes back on air (fingers crossed).
It could be back in 2 days. Also the Gulzar drama is not on until the 30th anyway.
Meanwhile call to complain and hopefully get a courtesy discount for this annoyance.
Just make sure you are talking to a local call center and not one overseas as they don’t have all the information.
BTW, what’s wrong with all the cool dramas on ARY, PTV, GEO, TV1 and Express Ent.
On a funny side note, in the Picture thread, somebody asked me what channels I watch and I listed all the above channels and forgot to list HUM.
Somebody asked me why I was boycotting HUM and then I realized my oversight and added HUM to the list.
Maybe my sub-concious knows more than me and I have prophetic powers. 
Well I did add HUM back to the list so maybe that will prove a good omen.
