Who to select for asking Help , benifit analysis is must and our Rulers do benifit analysis every time they are looking for Help
But unfortunatly the "Benifits" are their Personal not National benifits.
On the other hand USA helps you , they also do benifit analysis and China is in no exception , but they are always keeping NATIONAL INTERESTS on top.
If we shall look on our Past , China have given us Much like you are saying as compared to USA as they have sucked us.

Self Reliance is always on top , you are right , but see without China's Help , how could we get such a brillant Nuclear Rector or say GAWADAR PORT.
