WHY TO MIND FOR OUR WEIGHT ?

To mind for weight if one is overweighted is obvious, that he/she would be having problems in moving , walking even setting etc.
and a person becomes lazy or laziness make a person weighty is another question?.

But , actually i donot know that MEDICALLY what is the recommended weight for a person ?
is it related to age or height ?

Please update if you have some ideas ?
