Why do we have so many threads on TLK? Here's another... Why is he so popular? What is he?
Talk people, talk.
Why? Its simple, there are not too many genuine people who are reliable, trustworthy and would bend over backwards for their friends. People who are kind to friends and strangers alike, and never take themselves too seriously, never get hung up on protocols, and serve as the link between many of different backgrounds and interests. You never know how tehy may be helping someone through a rough patch, and you will nto because they will not go around telling people how they are helping people. Now whether people openly admit it or not, they know good peopkle when they see them and are naturally gravitated towards them.
And that is simply why TLK generates so much interest in people.
on the other hand he could be a court jester or circus clown that ppl just want to poke to see his reaction.
