Why this post was deleted.

To Admin/Mod

Kabir started a post in WA about US marine killed in Kuwait and it very convinentely disappeared. I have noticed few other threads were also deleted. Would the mod MADhanee stand up please and explain this erratic behaviour.

The post I am complaing about was posted by Kabir... I don't think there was any coarse language or breach of rules by Kabir.

That’s why Abdali you are a Civilian and I am a Mod. I get paid for making these decision, and you do not. If you have some suggestions, let’s hear it.

Now instead of removing the thread just put down the explanation and lock it so that the jury can pass the judgement.

However I am also following those two threads CM is complaining about. If you removed those please tell us "in that thread" why, if not then the one who removed those needs to explain.

Hmmm....NYA nd Mehndi use the same logic, i wonder why.

Who the heck is Madhanee?

Are you the same person who lost his job for a while and who deletes my so called "anti american" posts?

My policy in this regard is simple: if a mod is going to delete a thread on one of the forums that I am a co-mod, then he/she should be able to provide a valid reason for doing so through one of the various channels that are available, including this one.

Rules and regulations are quite clear on WA forum so anybody sticking to them has no reason for their posts getting removed.

Locking threads with a good solid explanation gets my vote too. That doesn't mean that garbage won't get deleted though - that's a different issue.

I concur with what Mr Xtreme has said, and would like to add that when a moderator removes a whole thread it should be transferred to our (internal) administrative Review Folder. So if there is any need to review the thread after feedback from a participant, the Gupshup Team will review it. We are still investigating as to why this was not done in the cases of the these three threads, but we will ensure that this is done diligently in all cases in the future, so as to remove any further doubts and provide more positive feedback.

We advise members, especially those who participate in the Politics Forums to make themselves familiar with the policies of these forums. This will allow all get a better understanding of the rules and etiquette’s that govern these forums. The complete policies also outline the official routes a participant can take if they need to approach the moderator over any post or thread.

Thank you

Well if I may remind you this forum is cold FEED*BACK* not just feed. SO may I get an explaination for your CIA behaviour at WA deleting my posts? Truth hurts, doesn't it, MADAHNEE?

Yep Abdali is right. I had myself seen guppy kabir open that thread in question and it was deleted right after Judge Mentull replied. Abdali then opened the same thread again:

http://www.gupistan.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=74499

Also I saw CM’s replies to the “The Saddam in Rumsfeld’s closet” and there seemed nuthing wrong or anti-american about them. Even your own Mod Nadia is openly talking bout why they were removed.

I have seen 2 threads by Malik73 and TOMASSO had replied to them as well. But they were simply deleted within 20 minutes. I suspect the reason being they were deemed “anti-american” by our respected WA Mod Madhanee.

I have seen other threads and replies that have been critical of USA and its foreign policies being deleted left and right especially after chaltahai complains.

Even my own replies and threads get the same treatment sometimes when they are critical of American policies.

Kuch waqt mile ga discuss karne ke liye?

We'll get back to you guys, Insha Allah :)

Thank you Sabah :)
