**urdu is my mother tongue and i’ve used urdu all my life bro. believe me…every letter is extensively used in urdu literature.
since you don’t know what the letter in question is called, its hard for me which letter u r referring to. is it SE? alif, be, pe, te, Te, SE???
if thats the letter then i will give u not one but many words that contain this letter:
Samar = fruit [arabic]
Saabit = to prove [arabic]
Saaqib = bright [arabic]
Saalis = triangle [arabic]
Sibaat = anchor [arabic]
Sarvat = richness [Farsi]
Saqeel = rich in consistency [arabic]

All the above words are used in literary urdu extensively. urdu contains 60% farsi, 35% arabic and 5% other language words. u’ve to have a good knowledge of urdu zabaan to understand all the finesse of the language.
