Among us three subllings youngest is most good looking, in my three kids youngest is cutest.
I have also noticed this in many families.
I am not saying its “always” true but it happens so often.
whats the explanation?

lol Icon! There was a National Geographic tv show on this exact question! The theory is ... younger ones are cuter. Their cuteness fades as they mature. But cuteness when young ensures "propagation of the species", ensures a parents love (ugly offspring get eaten oftentimes in the wild!!) So anyway, if you have just one child, it will be your cutest. If you have two, the younger will be cuter as the elder grows up and so on. Its just natures way of ensuring that we continue to populate.

Thats not exactly true it can work both ways.
My cousin is first one and she is sooo beautiful and the last one is bilkul tawa.aisay lagta hai jaisay neechay se khurchan nikalti aa rahi hai pehley saarey sufaid and baad ke saare … 
Well maan baap ka payaar hota hai jo sab se chotay bachey hi cute lagtay hain but woh shararti bhi bohat hotay hain.
