Why so less Muslims in IPL ?

One of my Indian Muslim friend told me that due to the fact that Muslims are not given equal opportunities for selection in different fields of life specially cricket, a lot of Indian Muslims support Pakistan during a Pak-India match. They even raise Pakistani flags in their houses and schools.

I dont think so. May be in some areas but not all. My wife has many Muslim relatives in India but they always go for Indian team thats why we don’t call/communicate with each other during any ICC or bilateral events
