I'm much younger then Ikhan, but do think that if someone is born/raised in the west...with little or no trips/time in Pak, and little interest in the culture, certainly to marry a girl from back home is silly. I hope to get married within 2 years or so, and have all but ruled out a girl from back home.

I'd prefer a western girl of Pakistani stock. A lot of us are Pakistani ethnically and at the ID level, but only very slightly at the cultural level etc.

If IKhan is not a Muslim, (assuming he's from the Xtian/Parsi minority or something) that would rule out 96% of Pakistani girls anyway.

Unless there is a more complex chain of events.
