I think you understood what I previousley wrote and having read your recent post I can also understand why you always look for answers that come in a scientific format. It is also true that we can go around in circles over this topic and still get no-where. Personally I think all the participants in this thread have done well to keep it fairly civilized and not resort to mud-slinging.. credit goes to you all.
I would just like to end by saying that if you truely wish to find God then I'm certain that one day you will find him, I heard someone once say 'for every step a person takes towards God, God takes 10 steps towards that person'. So if you want to find him, he will make his presence felt when the time is right. It is my firm belief that Allah has never turned away from those who truely wish to seek him.
But the owness is on You to take the first step in searching for the truth...
