ppl give their opinion all the time, maybe they feel you are always telling them what to do :)
and as far as knowing more or less, why does it matter, if they claim they know more..listen to it and let it go. to argue you need two parties, if someone says something that is false but they want to stick to their position just let it be. why counter with your own opinion, facts etc?
