Nop they r still not asked about that .Give them the option of where they want to live Pakistan or Afghanistan or neither ,that when the metter will be decided.

Afghanistan as a country has a 250 old history.

Thats never going to happen… Although your more then welcome to go to Kabul and apply for a Afghan passport..
