I think what Lakki is trying to say that 99.9% of the Indians in Saudi are Muslims, which is probably in the right ballpark. You are just trying to put your words in his mouth 
Muslims (including Indian Muslims) like to go to Saudi for a variety of reasons, however one cannot use that logic to generalize that (all) Indians like to go to Saudi. Muslims are a minority in India and their actions in no way can be used to paint the whole country with the same brush.
