new pakistani dramas are rubbish because their writers/directors/actors are a product of bad education system.
actually they are product of a lousy audiences at home who watch all the crap that comes their way through indian channels. so if crappy pakistani audiences want crappy rubbish like indian dramas then they'll get wht they want. nothing wrong with that you know. its all about supply and demand.
