Whenever you hit someone it is called Assault. However, when the one who is hit retaliates, it is called Self Defence. There is no comparison.
Hindus are the perpetrators (Assaulters) and the Pakistanis are the Self Defenders.
Hindus are still realing over the fact that Pakistan obtained it's own identity for it's masses in the 40's, which no doubt broke the heart of India.
