i get this error everytime i try to connect to digi chat

Is this the first time you are getting this message. i mean Did chat ever worked for you. If not like the message says you might have a firewall or proxy setting error.
nahi it use to work on my desktop but it has never ever worked on my laptop…i have Nortons firewall…so do i need to give access to some service or something ? 
disable firewall .. duh !
