Dy. Controller Karachi Building Control Authority has sealed many buildings having encroached upon or constructed a bit in violation of approved plans. The numbers of all this buildings situated in Federal B Area start with “R” which means small plots of 120 square yards. Federal B Area is residential area of lower middle class people. How efficient and duty bound the concerned Dy. Controller is who can not see in his jurisdiction the violation of writ of the Government. Mr. Ardeshir Cowasjee and N.G.O Sheri keep writing and wasting money in high cost litigation on violation of construction beyond approved plans in case of huge commercial or residential complexes in Clifton Area. I wonder why Mr. Ardeshir gets this so rare a duty bound Dy. Controller to the Clifton jurisdiction area.
