Why no ending "Tay"?

I have noticed that lately many Urdu words that end with the letter “Tay” have changed to ending in “Hay”. Is this a common use in spoken Urdu now in Pakistan or only a few guppies??

Examples:
" Jannat" to “Jannah”
“Bidat” to “Bidda”
“Akhrat” to “Akhra”
“Sunnat” to “Sunnah”
“Tareeqat” to “Tareeqah”
“Shahadat” to “Shahada”

Re: Why no ending "Tay"?

Only in few guppies who interact more with arabs.

In arabic it is pronounced as "Hah" and not "Ta"

Janna"h"
