Also, tell her that it is a universally acknowledged fact that Punjabis girls are hot. :p

Re: Why ME???
well its free world, everyone should have right to choose and reject whatever product on basis of whatever reasons. world trade is not a sacred cow, that everyone should respect that.
would a greek buy made in turkey and vice versa?
how many Indians buy "made in Pakistan"?
I prefer to buy Made in Pakistan where the choice is available! there is nothing wrong with helping my country's economy by whatever means and being proud of wearing it.
i also have sympathy with small and local traders who are being bulldozed by these giants multinational companies, ruining local businesses and traditions.
I am still mad at walls takeover of Yummy and Polka in Pakistan! lets not take this thread to another direction.
Quoted again because it’s oh-so-quoteworthy!! ![]()
Re: Why ME???
We talked again today and something she said set me off to the point where we got into a full blown battle...she said tumse behes karna bhains ke aagey been bajana hai...I hung up.
Im just gonna ignore this aspect of her. I love her so much and will continue to love her because she loves me too. We're so close we're like sisters...even more so. I just dont know what has gotten into her these days.
I should talk to her but we get so volatile and end up fighting about it.
Re: Why ME???
Allow her man, and yes Punjabistanis lasses are well fit.
^ Yeah take a break from her for a few days. Don't call her or email her.
Leave your friend alone with her own anger for a while.....and maybe she'll reflect over her attitude and the overall situation.
Talking to her about it is not helping. Maybe showing her will be more effective. Sometime in the future....i suggest you invite this friend and other friends (from a variety of races) to lunch/dinner. And just expose your friend to people of races she's prejudiced against. ** Don't **make it obvious that you're trying to educate her, keep it natural. A few exposures might help change her mind.
And if that doesn't work either, then just change the subject when she makes such offensive comments. Your silence and changing of subject might be strong enough a message that you don't approve of such an attitude. It seems you still want to keep her as a friend, so focus on the positive aspects in your friendship. Because it's tough to change people unless they realize it on their own.
Itnay dramay karnay say bahtar hai. Just tell her that tumhain wo sahi lagta hai to ussay sahi samjho laikin mujhay to yay sahi lugta hai jo change naheen ho sakta.
Itti si baat pay dosti chorna ahmaqana harkat hai wo bhi gahri dosti.
Sub ki soach kabhi aik jaisi naheen ho sakti. Ikhtilafi soach kay bawajood dosti qaim rakhi ja sakti hai.
Us mauzoo pay baat karnay say parhaiz karain aur dost ko bhi mana kar dain kay hamari itni achchi dosti aham hai na kay hamara yay ikhtilaaf.
Ussay kahain tum apnay soach pay raho aur mujhay meri soach pay rehnay do.
Re: Why ME???
Aik baat aur hazaar party karo usko lesson denay kay liaay uska jo tajarba huwa ho ga ya jis ki wajah say bhi uska mind change huwa ho ga wo change naheen ho ga.
I like the idea kay lesson denay kay liaay party karo. lol. Heard it first time in my life. Instead of learning she might think it has done to zaleel her. lol
Re: Why ME???
Yeah leave her. She as a friend is worthless right. Some of you people are pretty thick. Friendship is about over looking the faults other people have. Its also about loyalty and looking out for the other person. If this is a recent development you owe it to yourself and your friendship to find out what is going on. Talk some sense into her.
Trust and respect are a two way street. If you respect her you would want what is best for her and its not what she is doing. You should get to the bottom of it and find out why. Racists aren't born. They are made.
