MBBS in Pakistan is very necessary,
The PMDC official said the country was still far behind the internationally accepted ratio of 1 doctor for 1,000 people.
At present one doctor is available for 1,310 patients, suggesting more doctors were needed.

Why MBBS in Pakistan???
Because none of the schools in your adopted country would admit you and daddy dear has lots of money to 'donate' to private medical colleges in Pakistan?
Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???

Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???
If you want a really cheap quality medical education, Russia is the place to go. I got a few friends that study at the siberian medical school, it cost 3K a year, taught in English and you get to assist in operations from the 4th year and you get 1 whole cadava to yourself.
Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???
Yeah a cousin of mine is doing that too, although he's not in Russia, he's in Ukraine I think. Siberia has really harsh winters though, I'd never be able to live there.
Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???
Egypt is always an option too, not sure though with the current political climate though. Pretty cheap, muslim country, good weather. Negatives are that medical schools are a overcrowded (Egyptians only have to pay around £20 a year tuition) and a little corrupt.
Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???
Egypt is a good option, living in Saudi Arabia most doctors I went to were usually Egyptian (and sometimes Pakistani), and you can tell they make good doctors.
Re: Why MBBS in Pakistan???
Medical is very serious field and students who don't have passion of it have not get maximum marks to get admission in slandered seats, for those students private medical colleges receive donation by this colleges give admissions to students and that donation is used for college welfare, modernization, development etc...

I have seen many pakistani doctors in Uk who moved here ater their degree. And I was very surprised to their salary. Mashallah they make above 3 lakh/month. I got talking to some at my cricket club and they said that they used to make a tenth of this in Pakistan!
