How many billions a country spends or not is its own concern. More so since those billions are not stolen or given in charity by any other state.

No country has ANY obligation whatsoever to help Pakistan. Pakistanis should be grateful that the international community in general and the U.S. in particular have been so generous.

If you compare Pakistan’s efforts in helping US forces taking down the terrorists then the aid is very little in this regard.
