I know Pak army and gov are full of corrupt retards who will steal even in this humanitarian crisis. Still, even if there is 10% reaching the poor victims, I don’t mind donating. Can someone tell me whether following are good?:

1. The American fund that Hillary Clinton mentioned
2. Edhi foundation (because I read abt it in an Ardeshir Cowasjee piece

If so how do I reach them?

Yeah Edhi Foundation is quite reliable. I’d be in Pakistan in few weeks so I’m gonna contact them directly but I think you can donate through their website.
