You did not state a preference. You accused the Army of ‘corruption/misappropriation’ without any proof. Do not say they weren’t rumours unless you can state any proof of such allegations. If you are just going to rely on hearsay, then please don’t post anything. The Army has been one institution that has always been at the forefront of any relief efforts whenever our nation has needed help. Seriously do not diss the Army.
