When I said tonnes of other unjustified expenditures I meant that each should be a separate topic unless we want to throw every thing in every topic. There are many other ‘fountains’ in other parts of the country, should we shut them off too because we are wasting electricity, manpower, real estate, resources? Go ahead and list them all here, be my guest.

If you know of any other fountains that the Govt built for 325+ million rupees, which dont work either… If you do, please share…
