I think you’re generalising a bit there, mate. I’m Pakistani and I wear hijab. Plus, hijab isn’t JUST about covering your head, it’s about what’s in your heart and your intentions. I’m sure plenty of members on here can tell you not all women are like this.

And since when did TV represent real life??

I know hijab isn’t just about covering your head and body. There is the idea of inner and outer hijab, but for the purpose of this thread I am focusing on outer hijab. How external modesty and haya are so rare, and how it really annoys me. Yes there are good, hijabi women who are pure from within and the outside, but I find that it is so scarce, and it’s ridiculous.
