Laxmi ka kaam tu har jaga hai magar jobs k husool k lye sirf Govt jobs ki had tak mehdood hai, private mein laxmi nahin chalti aur jitni badi position utna bada bag jata hai aur is mein bhi contacts chayen warna laxmi bekaar hai.
Waise upar walay business ka idea bhi bura nahin hain.

well I m against caste system but unfortunately hamari society mein it has a major role
examples
Ex-president ko apne naam k sath bhutto lagana pra, to cash the votes n to qabza the PPP
Almost jitne maulanas, scholars, naat khawans, peers etc hain, wo apne apko Sy** bna lete hain to show themselves more pious
Many of the castes dont marry outside their caste 
N these caste phobia ppl always misuse their caste ( sahi caste ho ya bnayi hui ho )
