Every time I come to this place , I learn new things .. I realized this time around that your caste is important even in a workplace !

Why is it so? do you think the newer generations will carry on with the caste fever or will they break the bonds of the biraadri-ism?

What happened? The caste system should not be looked upon in the workplace where you enhance your abilities and experience. But, it happens in some places and that is very discouraging.
