Yazdi bhaijan. I urge you to check the constitution of Pakistan under the procedure it lays down for amending the constitution.
The example I gave about Nawaz Sharif, where the lower house passed his shariat bill by 2/3rd majority in NA, but he failed in the Senate where he did not have this majority, so the amendment was not passed.
