Why is my white chocolate not white enough?

I made chocolate truffles a few times, and they taste amazing but I’m not too pleased with how the white chocolate is sort of yellow and transparent looking. I use Hershey’s white chocolate chips because that’s the only white chocolate I can find at my local grocery store.

I can't see the picture but I think you might have overheated it thus caused it to start turning yellow. I haven't personally used Hershey's white chocolate (I've used Nestle) but I think that the actual chocolate shouldn't be a problem

What is your recipe for making the truffle so that we can get a better idea of what you may be doing wrong?

^Well the truffle itself isn't the problem, just that the white chocolate isn't as white as i'd like it to be. I think it may the brand and type of chocolate i'm using...hmm

I'm thinking that when you're melting down the chocolate chips you are adding something that is making the batter more watery than it should be, butter, or something of that sort, maybe try making a thicker batter, putting less liquid or fat, sugar can make the chocolate mixture more thin as well...
