I am sorry but I am surprised that lasagna is considered a wow dish in Pakistan. I think its pretty straight forward dish.
One dish that i would consider a real culinary art is Shahi Tukraaa. If a girl knows how to make it good, not too soggy, not too sweet, then I would real consider her a good cook.
