Karachi needs an army operation. Yes. An operation which is focuses on arm bands and terrorists from all parties and all groups. An operation led by an organization like army which is not under control of provincial government.

True that, an operation whose command is in Provincial Chief hands can not be apolitical. The operation needs to be completely free of political influence, any political party who tries to influence it one way or the other must be prosecuted.
