He is not jealous. He is just a little annoyed and/or frustrated.
Like Pakistanis get annoyed sometimes and say things in the heat of the moment that may seem unfriendly to Indians but are really an expression of a little frustration about certain circumstances. :)

This guy has serious issues. He was once the voice of Shahrukh Khan but they fell out when he supported Shiv Sena in some campaign against SRK just because SRK said he’d like to see some Pakistani players in the IPL. Told him to sod off to Pakistan. Then there was some other controversy where he was demanding an apology from SRK which he obviously didn’t get.
