Why is India vs Australia not "Important" ?

Pak vs NZ-C team is important in Ehsan’s eyes but not India-Aus.

So what if we already know that the series will be a no-contest it is still IMPORTANT.

Still Aus-india not important. Keep crying.

Re: Why is India vs Australia not “Important” ?

Mainly because this is a Pakistani site, and matches involving Pakistan are given more importance.

Anyways don’t worry, Indians won’t make it to Brisbane after the thrashing they are receiving from Queensland Academy XI :hehe:

Re: Re: Why is India vs Australia not “Important” ?

I might actually agree with you on that one after I read the following on Rediff :

*The tourists began on a poor note when Laxman dropped opener Chris Simpson in the slips in the very first over of the match by Ajit Agarkar.

Simpson then tore into the Indian bowling, Agarkar in particular; whom he repeatedly punched through the off side and hooked whenever the Mumbai pacer pitched it short.

Simpson also once flicked Irfan Pathan over the midwicket fence for a six to deflate the left-arm paceman who started off well by claiming a wicket off his very first ball of the tour, a leg before appeal against Daniel Payne for a duck.

Carsledine then took over and smashed fours galore off Indian bowlers, none worse than Laxmipathy Balaji who was straight and cover driven for six boundaries in his five overs by the hosts.
*

I conclude three things from the above :

(1) Laxman should put a space in his last name . LAX MAN
(2) Agarkar and Balaji have once again proved that Indian selectors are a bunch of clowns.
(3) The media hype over Irfan Pathan was what it was - a media hype.

^^^ I couldnt agree it more .. :hehe:

The importance of a thread is related to how popular it becomes. Pak V NZ thread is already on page 3 after day one. If a thread involving India becomes that popular I will make it important as well. It is a matter of popularity.
