If you ponder over what you just said from a different prespective, there are a number of positive lessons you can learn. Lets break it down:

**If you look out, there a number of diseases (STD), such as AID's which has spread around the world becaue of people sleeping around. Similary, there may be guys out there who may use a woman for their personal interest or bad intentoins and may not take responsibility of their actions. There are many cases where a woman has to bear the burden of raising the child because the father did not step up or is not known. Indirectly, limiting yourself to your spouse saves you from all this mess and may work on your benefit.

Well I am not sure if your so called ninja suit is a requirment, from what I understand Hijab is a requirment. However, you can also preceieve it as a way for a woman to protect her modesty and save her from the evil out there. There are a number of cases where a woman is a victim for various violence. Dressing in a manner which may be appealing to guys may put you on the way to harm.
Well I am no one to judge the reasons behind Allah SWT intentions, Allah SWT knows the best why did He recommend different actions, I just gave you a different prespective to the concerns you have raised.

Have you ever looked at all the blessing around you, just for the sake of argument lets look at humans. Following are necessities of humans:
- Humans need food to eat, which grows on land or is available in form of animals
- Human needs water to drink, which is available abundantly in this earth. On top of it we have rain
- Need means to see around you. We have eyes; Means of natural light is available via sun.
- Needs easy mean to walk, we have two complex legs, which we can easily bend use to walk or climb.
- Needs hands to perform different tasks. We have hands with fingers that gives us flexiblity to perform various tasks easliy
- Means ability to reproduce. All humans and animals have pairs of male / female gender
Do you think a complex create as human could have come into existence himself? On what basis do you doubt on Allah creations? What makes you doubt Allah capabilities of nazubillah ignoring better things? If you read Quran, there are many things Quran mentioned hundreds of years ago, which so called today's science has discovered now.

I don't think Allah is afraid - concerned because He wants His people to go to heaven.
Most of the things you have mentioned - are what the dominant conservative interpreters of Islam have come up with over the centuries.

Why is the world so afraid/concerned with sex? We aren't allowed to walk around naked, we must wear clothes. I mean, how's that affecting anyone else? We aren't allowed to have sex in public. What harm does that do to anyone? We aren't allowed to have sex before we turn the legal age. Heck, we aren't even allowed to watch sex before we turn the legal age. WTH?! Why are we morally corrupt if we sleep around with every random person we bump into? Why can't I have sex with anyone I want even after marriage? How is that cheating? Why do I have to have sex with just one person for the rest of my life? Why are incest, sodomy, exhibitionism such social taboos? If there's no force involved, its not like rape or abuse, is it? I mean what's the big deal?!

The simple answer to your question is, because Allah said so. End of. He is the all-knowing, all-hearing, all-seeing, not you or I. If His creatures (us) can make laws and we happily accept them, why can't we accept His laws? If you don't agree with them, fair enough. That's the power of free will granted to us by the same Allah. You live your life by the laws of the society, and the ones who have faith will live by the laws of the Quran & Hadith and the legislation.

Why shouldn't god be concerned about sex? He is concerned about every other aspect of life.. obviously the intention is to provide a comprehensive set of rules and regulations according to which you should live your life.. but also have many grey areas that might not make sense to humans at first.. and also not to provide regular clarification.. he is too busy to provide clarification..
at the end of the day this is a big test.. can you live your life according to the comprehensive set of rules and regulations but also dodge the grey areas and what may seem illogical notions.. and still come out of it having followed what he wanted you to follow?

Surely there are better things to be concerned about in Quran , but you chose to seek, only sex , from Quran . It is your own fault not Alllah's that you cannot see beyond sex and human private parts.

Beginning of this universe.
Peace on earth.
Conserving the resources.
Spreading the knowledge and importance of seeking it.
Exploration, innovation and invention.
Sanctity of life , liberty and happiness of human race.
Crime and punishment.
Sanctity of relationships.
Spiritual and physical well being of human race.
Challenges of daily life.
Well being of destitute, orphans and widows.
Spreading the good and curbing the evil.
The list is very long , go read Quran again with open eyes and open mind and you will find lot of good in it.

In fact sharaabee has said something that I like ... Allah (SWT) is concerned about everything ... Allah (SWT) loves us more than we can know ... the idea of sex is an interesting one ... it is amongst the highest motivators for humans in this world ... sex or careful regard in sex is talked about as much as other worldly things ... worldly things have a grip on us in a way that make us do good and evil, because of their apparent nature. That what is apparent is a lure.
Allah (SWT) has drawn the lines of good and evil ... and part of the wisdom in what is evil is that the result of doing evil is in the detriment of humanity ... to be prudent about sex actually allows it to flourish in the best way ... to be sex indulged which is what Islam tries to prohibit, will create problems in society.
Consider that Allah (SWT) is intimately involved with every cell in your body and knows every breath you take include mine and any creature living in another world or another universe ... and He never wanes from this condition.

Allah (SWT) stresses on sex (caution) ... in order to prevent us stressing on sex (over indulgence). So that we do not turn it into something that takes us over ... that it doesn't drive our decisions instead of our wisdom. We are given safeguards for our protection ... Allah (SWT) is far removed of our needs and has no intrigue to things like we have to those things ... yet He Knows us ... for sure if humans were not so concerned about sex then neither would Allah (SWT) ... The guidance we are given is precise for our needs, for our natures and contemplating on this position will result in the realisation that everything Allah (SWT) gives us is in perfect measure ...

In Pakistan, there is no justice or sancity of life (as mandated by islam), but mullahs are hell bent upon making sure that girls dont mingle with na-mehrams, eg.
