Inzi will be remembered as one of the most successful Pak cricket captains who led by example and yet demonstrated humility which was lacking in his senior colleagues.
Inzi was never a born leader, his transformation as a leader came while at the job, you can say he got on the job training. It was during this time period when he made many mistakes, but its his humility and complete honesty which differentitates him from others, plus having Bob Woolmer at his side as a gaurdian surely helped.
No one is perfect, Inzi has his share of mistakes and will make more, at the end of the day he delivers and that matters most. Having said that, ita how leaders behave in victory and defeat which is extremely important, my problem with Inzi is that he tends to pass the buck when chips are down, other than that he has certainly improved a s a captain which is undeniable fact.
