but then that same laborer has five kids using public school system, they get sick and use public hospitals, and those siblings who don’t get a job turn to crime. All these factors use our tax monies, which should be factored in, when estimating whether its a good deal or a bad deal for the country.

I would like to see how much the rates of “abuse of social healthcare" and crimes could go down if we deport each and every illegal immigrant out there. We have enough lazy Americans to collect social welfare and enough criminals to commit crimes. So blaming illegal immigrants for our ills of society is wrong.

u’re delusional if u think corporations ‘pass on’ savings to the customer.. they just react to competition or loss of sales…

I didn’t say that corporation pass on savings to consumers. Read my post again. If they are in the business of making money then they will pass on that extra cost to consumers if there will be no cheap labor.

Lets stick to example of McDonalds. Do you really think that they will serve you burger and fries for under $4 if they are paying someone $15/ hr for flipping burgers? Also the competition will become non-existence when the whole industry will face the same problem.

No one is saying that all ills of the society are because of illegal immigrants. What I am saying is that when we make statements like “their advantages outweigh their disadvantages”, then lets include all factors that impact the economy. Not just the cheap cherries we can now buy in a supermarket.
