Stonecold, explain what you mean by 'paraphrasing'? He was asked specifically about what he thought about the rape victims and their fate, and thats what he replied with. As for your comment on looting is concerned, theres plenty of corruption, looting under his belt, and keep in mind hes been longer than BB, NS combined, and if you think his thugs shujaat, altaf etc were all farishtaz, youre wrong. The 90s may have seen alot of corruption and looting, but so did musharraf's decade, in addition to civil war, terrorism, instability, extortion, brutality, and loss of sovereignty.
