Re: why has the weight loss stalled?
Does your gym have any of the following classes
- Body pump, good for toning and cardio
- Body combat/boxercise, brilliant cardio workout
- Body sculpt, great cardio/toning
Try and go to the gym 4-5 times a week and mix those following classes in.
Are you also doing the basics, walk instead of car. Stairs instead of lift. Get of the bus/tube a stop before an walk etc.
