Is it just me or is the Google browser bringing up some other link when you type in GupShup in the browser? Even when I type in GupShup Forums Paklinks in the browser the top link is a thread on Viagra …

Just thought it needed a bit of attention … there are others trying to rob the glory …

I noticed something funny when I searched for GupShup, the second link in search results listed paklinks.com but with the title "#1 » Buy viagra. THE BEST PRICE! | Drugs Online Without ..."

Looks like this site was hacked.

Same here!

In fact IE dissent even open it...I can only see gs on iPad!it's been going on since Friday.

GS continue to lose traffic and ranking from last few years. The prime reason is rise of social media and other web forums. For example, pkpolitics, friendskorner, urdufanz, siasatpk ..etc..etc.
But then GS is class in itself because of better moderation, consistency and quality of content. If you survey gs population i am 100% sure that most of the actual daily users are mature and age scale would be over 20 with maiden between 27 to 35.

My point is that since this matter is being observed by members - it is fine we will always be able to make our way here ... but what about those guests or link chasers that stumble their way upon the forum - they will not be doing that anymore ... And what is GS admin doing to rectify the rating issue now that it has been noticed as a problem ...

You would have not complained a bit about Google bringing “Viagra” page had you been reading Life and Relationship lately, I think Google was spot on in its search.

Psyah I am sure that we are losing guests because of this issue. When this issue came to Azkar' notice, first think he confirmed that there is no hack. I am not a technical person so really not sure how a URL can be hacked, but as of yesterday, when you hit that link, in spite of talking about Viagra, it brings you to GS. First day or two, it was taking me to some other page.

exactly what makes you think that we have lost any traffic at all?
I'm always surprised at how certain folks, particularly those that are repeatedly banned from this site and cannot stay away on their own, profess to have access to these sort of stats.......laughable really.
