Actually women want the same things except have one thing to add…the ability of the guy to provide for a secure financial future…

Everything that you have listed falls into three categories:

  1. He has to be tall and handsome Attractive
  2. He must have a job - Ok Job is Important ← you’ve already answer it.
  3. He must have a car ← falls in the category of having a job and being able to support a family.
  4. He must have good education (college degree) ← renders him more likely to get a decent job and support family.
  5. He must be romantic Good Personality
  6. He must be funny Good Personality
  7. He must have an income above $-------? ← falls in the category of having a job and being able to support a family.
  8. He needs to be well dressed Attractive
  9. He must have his own apartment or house ← falls in the category of having a job and being able to support a family.
  10. He must have a muscular body Attractive
  11. He must like taking me out to places Good Personality
  12. …etc. (the list can literally go on and on) ← but it will still fall under the same three categories :slight_smile:
