dosree languages ka to mujhay nahi maloom lakin arabic main her lafz ki logic hay k falan cheez ko yeh naam kio hai, abhi agar app ka ilmi mubaahisay ka mood ho to bataana main misaalain dayteen hoon : D
lakin baatain thoree mushkil hoon gee : P
agar urdu goroN kee zabaan hoti tau “taiz” would have been the word for it 
problem is goras do not even fast anymore… so they had to give it a name that can give them some aesthetic satisfaction :bailan

I don't think they created either of these words. English has borrowed many words from other languages. Read the etymology of these words and you'll have your answer.
