The people in third world countries never saw healthy food and when by chance they get healthy food then it is very hard for them to eat healthy food and it is just like that they ate unhygienic food which disturbs their stomach.
Yeah I totally agree with you that they never have such kinds of food and when they have it's very hard for them eat it and digest it
