Since it was the Saudi ideology, and Saudi money that got the Islamic brand of terrorrism “started” (notice the emphasis on started, for people who are going to point out terrorism in Phillipines), and a lot of the leadership in the FATA/Afghanistan is of Saudi Arabian or Arab origin, why dont’ these guys go home, taking local Mujahids with them, and topple their own governments first. Why does Pakisatn have to be their playground?
OBL is apparently against the govts in Arab countries in genera and Saudi Arabia in particular. Why don’t they commit mass suicide there?
Alternatively, what can we do in Pakistan, that Saudi Arabians have successfully done for so many years, to keep terrorist acts down in their own country? Cut off the limbs of Fata militants?

well thats cause saudis are very effective in counter-terrorism
I would say jordan, egypt and saudi arabia are the most effective counter-terrorism countries in the world
because saudis pretty much arrest everyone in the vicinity, throughlly interrogate them without the families harrasing them, or religious figures condemning them or political parties annoying them or the media reporting conspiracy theories....

Point to ponder, I must say. That might be the solution but really, are our liberal friends ready for the type of Govt, Saudi Arab has.? One has to accept the whole package, not just a convenient part of it

not just liberal friends mon ami, also the militant sympathizers, cuz saudi govt is nto too good with dissent and def not bothered about hunting militants.
the speed and purposeful manner in which they cleaned out the militants hiding in harram sharif should be an eye opener to our FATA pals and their buddies as well. not to mention the off and on cleansing they do of terrorist cells.

Well their style is no where near Islamic governance, for me it is indeed tribal barbarism. Where they let school gals to burn in fire as they have no female fire fighters in their squad and by no means a man is allowed to touch them by their culture . It is just Schizo.

Well first thing that needs done for that would be tighter controls on immigration and not every yahoo getting Pakistani citizenship. We need to be able to keep track of who comes in through our borders and who goes out.
