If you put someone in an air tight double glazed glass room and he is shouting you will not be able to hear him when he says he wants to come out. Someone comes by looks at him but does not help him out. That passerby is asked “why didn’t you let him out?” the passerby responds … “Well why didn’t he say that he wants to come out” …
