ok i have a problem.i dont lose weight,i can eat as less as i can and do work at home the whole day but i dont even lose 100 gramms.what can the reason be?
Hi, you are struggling with the same problem which I was telling other guppies in some other thread. The problem is not - doing exersice, eating less...the problem is 'the lifestyle'...the key of the fat loss lies deep in "METABOLISM"...if you keep your metabolism is healthy and active...you can digest almost anything which wont allow fat to get stored...if your metabolism is slow and poor then everything which you'll eat, no matter how less it may be, wont be digest properly and ultimately will result that...fat.
